Hendrick Motorsports takes pride in tradition, a positive image, and identifiable brand. That’s why they choose UniFirst for uniforms and facility services. We’re a proud partner of NASCAR driver Chase Elliott and the No. 9 Hendrick Motorsports Team.
UniFirst is a primary sponsor of NASCAR’s eight-time Most Popular Driver and 2020 Cup Series champion Chase Elliott© and the Hendrick Motorsports© No. 9 race team. UniFirst is also the official workwear provider for Hendrick Motorsports and sister company Hendrick Automotive Group, the largest privately held automotive retail organization in the United States.
The 2026 NASCAR season marks the eleventh year of UniFirst’s multi-year partnership with Hendrick Motorsports, and its fifth year that the company is serving as a sponsor of Elliott and the No. 9 team. In 2020, Elliott drove the UniFirst Chevy to the All-Star Race victory and $1 million prize at Bristol Motor Speedway. That same year, he won his first NASCAR Cup Series championship after winning the season finale event at Phoenix Raceway. He followed that up with an appearance in the Championship 4 in his 2021 campaign. Elliott and the No. 9 team captured the regular season championship in 2022 and gave it a valiant effort in the Cup Series Playoffs, advancing to the Championship 4 for the third consecutive year.
In 2024, Elliott landed an overtime victory at Texas Motor Speedway – his first at the 1.5-mile track in the Cup Series and in 2025 he earned his eighth consecutive NASCAR Most Popular Driver Award (as voted by the fans).
Chase Elliott and the No. 9 UniFirst Chevrolet team celebrated a hard-fought victory at Martinsville Speedway, marking their first win of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. Starting 10th, Elliott navigated the challenges of the 0.526-mile oval, with a game-changing pit strategy by crew chief Alan Gustafson putting him in position to lead late in the race. On lap 334, Elliott cleared for the lead on a restart and held strong through lap traffic to take the checkered flag. This marks Elliott’s 22nd career Cup Series win and moves him to fourth in the points standings. After the race, Elliott shared, “It’s a lot of fun when days like this work out.”
